Ledger, published by MetroPhoenixIND, lets you permanently delete your account and all associated data directly within the app. This page explains how to do that, what gets deleted, and how to request deletion if you no longer have access to the app.
You can delete your Ledger account at any time from within the app:
Settings → Account → Delete Account
You will be asked to confirm the deletion before it is processed. This confirmation step exists to prevent accidental deletions — once confirmed, the deletion is initiated immediately and cannot be undone.
Deleting your account permanently removes the following from our systems:
This action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered, and a new account will start with no history.
Ledger does not retain your deleted account data after deletion is processed, unless retention is required to comply with applicable law, resolve a dispute, or enforce our agreements.
Deleting your Ledger account does not delete your Google account. Only your Ledger account and the Ledger data associated with it are removed; your underlying Google account remains fully intact and unaffected.
If you are unable to access the app — for example, because it has been uninstalled or you cannot sign in — you may request account deletion by emailing us at the support address below.
